How long does it take to receive my wheels?

Every J Curve Racing wheel is forged to your specifications — there's no off-the-shelf option, every order is a custom build. Plan on roughly 3 weeks for production once your spec is locked, plus another 3 weeks for shipping. Most customers see their wheels about 6 weeks after order confirmation. We send tracking the moment your set leaves the shop.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Every J Curve Racing wheel is forged to the customer's specifications — diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, and finish are chosen per order. Because each set is built for one specific vehicle, we don't accept returns. Inspect your wheels on delivery and contact us within 7 days if anything is damaged in transit; we'll work with the freight carrier to resolve.

Question 3

Do you guarantee fitment?

Accepted Answer

Fitment is the customer's responsibility. The customer (or their installer) specs offset, bolt pattern, hub bore, and width based on their vehicle, suspension, and tire choice. We publish fitment guides as a starting reference, but we don't guarantee a particular spec will clear on a particular car. If you're not sure, contact us before ordering and we'll talk through your build — once a wheel is forged to your spec, the spec is locked.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Checkout runs through Stripe, so you can pay with any method Stripe accepts at the time of your order — major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and any wallet or BNPL option Stripe has enabled for our account. The exact list is whatever shows up on the Stripe Checkout page when you place your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally, but freight cost varies significantly by destination, wheel count, and box dimensions. Add the wheels to your cart and start checkout to see a freight quote for your address — or contact us before ordering if you'd like a written quote first.

Question 6

What warranty do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Forged J Curve wheels carry a structural warranty against manufacturing defects for the life of the original purchaser. Cosmetic finish (clearcoat, paint) is covered for 12 months from purchase. Damage from impact, off-road abuse, or improper installation is excluded.

Question 7

Do you offer replacement wheels if one is damaged?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you've previously bought a wheel from us and need a single replacement (curb damage, accident, etc.), we'll re-spec and forge it at 50% off the catalog price. Contact us with your original order number and we'll quote the replacement directly — replacements use the same spec as the original so the new wheel matches the rest of your set.

Question 8

Can I order a 5-wheel set with a spare for off-road?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for beadlock and off-road wheels (where carrying a spare in the bed is the norm), we offer the 5th identical wheel at 50% off the per-wheel catalog price. The discount applies automatically at checkout when you add a fifth matching beadlock or off-road wheel to a set of four.
